Lejeune Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville

Wednesday, Nov. 20th 10 a.m.

We hope you will join us, Wednesday morning, Nov. 20th, for our next photo walk in Jacksonville at the Lejeune Memorial Gardens, located at 109 Montford Landing Road, Jacksonville, NC

Lejeune Memorial Gardens is a beautiful place with many historical landmarks. You’ll see the Beirut Memorial, the Onslow Vietnam Veterans Memorial (the second-largest Vietnam memorial in the USA), the 9/11 Memorial Beam, the national Montford Point Marine Memorial, and the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor.

For all who are interested, we will meet for lunch after the walk.

The walk will last about 90 minutes or so.

Free parking is available on Montford Landing Road at the entrance to Lejeune Memorial Gardens.

Thank you to photo walk regular Kyle Billiard for suggesting this location. Lejeune Memorial Gardens has many photo opportunities and it is a very fitting location for November, as it is National Veterans and Military Families month.
