Today we ring in the new Newcomers of New Bern year as our 2024-25 season kicks off with a new board of directors lead by new president Jeff Hinkle.
Summer can be a great time to volunteer as the need for help increases as people go on vacation. From walking rescue dogs waiting to be adopted at Craven-Pamlico Animal Services to sorting donated food at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina there is something for everyone.

Our 2023-24 Newcomers Club year concludes on June 30, so it is time to start thinking about renewing your Newcomers membership.
About 40 states are represented in the membership of The Newcomers Club of New Bern. We even have members who moved to New Bern from as far away as Alaska!
