The board of directors of the Newcomers Club of New Bern would like to thank all who attended our 2023 Open House at the New Bern – Craven County library, August 22. We enjoyed seeing everyone and it was great to meet so many new residents who were in attendance. Special thanks to the library and to our activity directors that helped make the event successful and to all our local media and Facebook friends who helped spread the word on this annual event. About 100 people attended, 60 of which were first timers at a Newcomers event. We are so glad you chose to spend time with us! Thank you and welcome to New Bern.
