Getting comfortable in a new place is not always easy. Joining the Newcomers Club of New Bern is a fun way to make friends and learn about your new community.Â
Our scheduled speaker for the September meeting will be a representative from the New Bern Visitor Center who will discuss all the fun events and travel destinations the New Bern Area has to offer. Â
The club’s monthly meetings are open and free to all club members and to those interested in learning more about the club.
The doors will open at 6:15 p.m., for socializing. The presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. The club’s monthly meetings usually last about an hour and a half, wrapping up at about 8:30 p.m.

The Newcomers Club of New Bern is open to all individuals in their first year living in the New Bern Area. The Club operates under the premise of a three-year membership. This prevents the Club from becoming “closed” because of size.Â
