Through monthly meetings and 20+ activity groups, the Newcomers Club provides an easy and fun way to make friends and learn about this great community we call home.
Thanksgiving! Next to turkey, stuffing and cranberries, I most closely associate the holiday with “pie!” Now one might ask, “What kind of pie?”
The Newcomers Club of New Bern announced during its November 2023 monthly membership meeting it will begin to offer occasional group volunteer projects for members to take part in.
While RV travels had me miss the last general membership meeting, I trust everyone enjoyed the ghostly presence of our guest speakers. Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month (except July, August and December) at The Harrison Center, 311 Middle Street, New Bern.
